What is the college? |
Why do we have a college? |
Put simply, it is the home of all trust training! The college serves to provide an internal and external curriculum of training and support. |
By providing the highest quality professional development to our staff and partners we can realise our mission. |

More about our college…We are committed to providing our staff, and our partners, with high-quality professional development. All of our work is research informed – we seek to establish a clear sense of ‘quality’ so that everyone knows what effective practice looks like. This section of our website sets out the main aims of our ‘college’ and introduces you to the curriculums we offer to our staff. College aims:

We’re proud of that bullet list, but, we are always learning. We know that there is much more for us to do. We warmly welcome opportunities to engage with like minded educators who seek to advance education for public benefit. For more details about what we do, to commission work, or if you’d like to collaborate with us – please get in touch. You can find out more about the training we offer, the reviews we undertake and our wider school improvement work by clicking on the tiles below – the tiles cover the four main strands of our college: Leadership and Governance – including leadership training, governor workshops and our wider leadership curriculum. Curriculum, pedagogy and assessment – the nuts and bolts of our school improvement offer. What we mean by a ‘conception of quality’ and why thinking deeply a ‘quality curriculum’, ‘quality teaching and learning’ and ‘quality assessment’ is so improvement. Inclusion and belonging – details about our SEND reviews, attendance strategy and commitment to helping all children and staff belong to something that changes their lives. Partnerships – the people and organisations we work with. How we harness insights from research and our ambitions to embed qualifications and accreditation into our curriculums.
